Pipe Welders Needed in Goose Creek, SC!

Pay: $50 hourly, $120 per diem offered to non-local candidates
Location: Goose Creek, SC
Duration:  6+ years
***Drug Testing and Background check required***

Hours: Initial 2 weeks the schedule is 5 - 12's Monday - Friday 6 am - 6 pm. After that, will work 3:30 pm - 12 am, (2nd shift). The shift is to support production and can change. 

Description
Performs welding processes on aluminum and steel parts and assemblies to required tolerances using welding metals and metal alloys.

Determines layouts and welds parts and assemblies according to engineering drawings and specifications.

May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.

Testing Requirements:
All are 3 ½ inch pipes

1. Carbon steel with backing ring
2. Carbon steel with consumable insert
3. Stainless steel with consumable insert
4. Cooper Nickel with consumable insert

 

Required Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent and 5 years additional education and/or related experience;

Apprentice graduate/ Associate's Degree in relevant discipline and 3 years of related experience.
