Job Description

Iron Worker – Memphis, TN / Southaven, MS (xAI Data Center Build)

xAI is building next-generation AI supercomputing campuses. We’re hiring skilled Iron Workers for our large-scale Memphis-area expansion.

What you’ll do

  • Erect structural steel, pipe racks, mezzanines, and equipment supports
  • Install miscellaneous metals (stairs, platforms, grating, handrail)
  • Rig, hoist, bolt, torque, and weld to drawings and AISC/AWS standards
  • Read structural/erection drawings and coordinate with other trades
  • Work at heights in a fast-paced, high-safety construction environment

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years ironworking / structural steel experience
  • Ability to read drawings and perform bolt-up, cutting, and rigging
  • Comfortable working at heights, outdoors, nights/weekends, and in all weather
  • OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 and welding/rigger certs preferred)
  • Strong safety mindset and willingness to travel to sites as needed
