Heavy Industrial Pipe Fitters Needed – Steel Mill Shutdown | Pittsboro, IN

Trillium Construction is seeking experienced Heavy Industrial Pipe Fitters for a short-term steel mill shutdown project.

Project Details

• Start Date: October 5, 2026
• Duration: Through October 9, 2026
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Hours: Approximately 60 hours
• Pay: $36/hr
• Per Diem: $120/day worked

Responsibilities

• Fit a variety of pipe sizes and configurations in a heavy industrial environment
• Read and work from drawings and layouts
• Work safely and efficiently during a fast-paced shutdown

Requirements

• Previous heavy industrial pipe fitting experience
• Experience fitting various pipe sizes and configurations
• Previous steel mill or industrial shutdown experience preferred
• Must provide required hand tools
• Must provide a keyed personal lock for LOTO
• Must have required PPE and safety harness
• Able to work 12-hour shifts
• Able to pass all pre-employment screenings
