Electrical Foreman

Position: Electrical Foreman

Location: Memphis, TN

Employment Type: 13 week contract to hire

Hours/Shift: - 6 days, 12 hour shifts, day and night shift flexibility

What You’ll Do

• Lead foremen, electricians, subcontractors, and onsite crews

• Coordinate underground duct banks, conduit, cable pulls, and terminations

• Oversee switchgear, transformers, generators, grounding, and electrical-distribution systems

• Track daily construction progress and maintain project schedules

• Ensure work meets scope, quality, code, and safety requirements

• Conduct site inspections and resolve field issues

• Prepare clear progress reports

• Help keep projects on schedule and within budget

Requirements

• At least three years managing electrical construction crews

• At least three years of electrical installation experience

• Low- or medium-voltage electrical experience

• Commercial or industrial construction background

• Experience leading large crews on major electrical projects

• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution equipment and installations

• Ability to work nights and approximately 70+ hours per week

Preferred Experience

• Data centers or other mission-critical facilities

• Semiconductor plants, hospitals, industrial facilities, or power plants

• Medium-voltage switchgear, substations, transformers, and generators

• UPS systems, batteries, transfer switches, switchboards, panelboards, PDUs, or busway

• Grounding, bonding, and redundant power systems

• Procore, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project

• Bilingual English and Spanish
