Commercial Construction Painters – $27–$32/HR

NOW HIRING – EXPERIENCED COMMERCIAL PAINTERS

TradeWise Staffing is actively seeking skilled, dependable Commercial Construction Painters for projects in the Phoenix, Arizona area.

We are looking for experienced tradespeople with a strong background in commercial construction painting, surface preparation, and professional coating applications.

This is NOT an entry-level opportunity. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial painting experience to be considered.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior painting on commercial construction projects.

• Prepare surfaces through sanding, patching, scraping, masking, caulking, and priming.

• Apply paint, primers, and protective coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.

• Operate airless sprayers and other professional painting equipment.

• Work safely from ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts as required.

• Deliver quality finishes while maintaining production schedules.

• Follow jobsite safety procedures and maintain clean, organized work areas.

• Coordinate with supervisors and other construction trades to complete assigned work.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial painting experience – REQUIRED.

• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.

• Experience with commercial interior and exterior painting.

• Proficiency using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.

• Strong understanding of proper surface preparation and coating applications.

• Ability to work safely at heights, including ladders, scaffolding, and lifts.

• Familiarity with commercial construction jobsite safety requirements.

• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and meet production expectations.

• Dependable attendance, attention to detail, and professional workmanship.

Compensation & Position Details

• Hourly Pay: $27.00–$32.00, based on experience

• Full-time, temporary construction assignment

• Commercial construction projects

• Phoenix, AZ area

• Reliable transportation required
