Now Hiring: Bilingual On-Site Safety Personnel

Position Overview

Wide Effect is seeking bilingual Safety Personnel to support electrical construction operations at data center projects across North Dakota. This role will work directly with the on-site Safety Manager to assist with daily safety operations, promote a safe work environment, and help ensure compliance with job site safety requirements.

This is a long-term opportunity with 1+ year of work available and the potential for additional projects upon completion.

Job Details & Responsibilities

• Assist the Safety Manager with daily on-site safety tasks and activities.

• Help promote and maintain a safe working environment on an active data center construction site.

• Support the implementation and enforcement of site-specific safety policies and procedures.

• Communicate safety expectations and requirements to workers in both English and Spanish.

• Help identify potential hazards and support compliance with applicable safety standards.

• Work collaboratively with site personnel to encourage safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Previous on-site safety experience preferred.

• Ability to work in an active electrical construction or data center environment.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work 60+ hours per week.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $35–$40 per hour

• Per Diem Options:

  • $150/day when providing your own lodging.

  • $75/day when lodging is provided.

• Long-Term Work: 1+ year of work available, with potential for additional projects.
