Industrial Journeyman Electrician – $35/HR + OT | $50-$120 PER DIEM

TradeWise Staffing is hiring experienced Industrial Journeyman Electricians for a long-term electrical construction project at a large-scale warehouse facility in Cleburne, TX.

Electricians will perform hands-on electrical installations throughout the warehouse, with a primary focus on conduit and raceway installation, wire and cable pulling, electrical terminations, panel installations, and connections to industrial equipment and electrical systems.

This position requires strong electrical installation experience, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, and hands-on experience installing electrical infrastructure in industrial or large-scale commercial environments. Candidates must also be comfortable working from scissor lifts and boom lifts.

We are looking for dependable electricians who can work independently, maintain production, and complete quality electrical installations safely and efficiently.

PAY & SCHEDULE

• Pay: $35.00/hour

• Overtime available

• Monday–Friday: 10-hour shifts

• Saturday: 8-hour shift

• Approximately 58 hours per week

• Long-term project – approximately 10 months

• Per Diem: $50–$120/day, depending on distance

• Work Location: Cleburne, TX

INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform industrial electrical installations throughout a large-scale warehouse facility.

• Install EMT, rigid conduit, and electrical raceways.

• Measure, bend, assemble, and install conduit systems.

• Install conduit supports, hangers, and electrical mounting systems.

• Pull, route, and install electrical wire and cable.

• Perform electrical terminations and equipment connections.

• Install, wire, and work inside electrical panels and distribution equipment.

• Install electrical infrastructure supporting industrial machinery and warehouse equipment.

• Complete electrical hookups and connections for various types of equipment.

• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, drawings, and specifications.

• Lay out conduit runs, equipment locations, and electrical installations according to project plans.

• Identify installation issues and ensure work meets project specifications.

• Maintain production, installation quality, and jobsite safety standards.

• Safely operate and work from scissor lifts and boom lifts.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as an Industrial Journeyman Electrician.

• Minimum 6–7 years of electrical construction experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with industrial electrical installations.

• Experience installing conduit, raceways, wire, and cable.

• Experience with electrical terminations, panels, and equipment connections.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and installation drawings.

• Experience working in industrial facilities, warehouses, manufacturing plants, or large-scale commercial construction projects.

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.

• Current TDLR license required.

• Journeyman Electrician license preferred.

• MEWP Group A & B experience preferred.

• Must be comfortable working from scissor lifts for extended periods.

• Boom lift experience is also preferred.

• Must be able to work approximately 58 hours per week.

• Must have reliable transportation to the Cleburne, TX jobsite.

• Must be able to pass E-Verify.

• Must be prepared to work safely and productively from day one.

BASIC TOOLS REQUIRED

Candidates must provide their own basic electrical hand tools, including:

• Lineman's pliers

• Diagonal cutters

• Needle-nose pliers

• Wire strippers

• Channel-lock / tongue-and-groove pliers

• Multi-bit screwdriver

• Cordless screw gun

• Nut driver set

• 25-foot tape measure

• Torpedo level

• Multimeter and/or voltage tester

PPE REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must provide:

• Composite-toe or steel-toe work boots

• Clear safety glasses

• Work gloves

Provided by the project:

• High-visibility safety vest

• Hard hat

• Required safety harnesses
