Traveling Journeyman Electrician – Direct Hire

Position Overview

Delta Construction Partners is partnering with a leading national electrical contractor seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians for long-term opportunities across multiple locations.

Our client is looking for dependable electrical professionals interested in career stability, professional growth, and advancement within an established organization. These are direct-hire opportunities, not temporary project-based assignments.

Compensation & Benefits

• $40+/hr, negotiable based on experience and location

Qualifications

• Active Journeyman Electrician license preferred

• Non-licensed candidates must have 7,000 verifiable electrical work hours, supported by a signed Master Electrician affidavit

• Commercial, industrial, multifamily, or large-scale electrical construction experience

• Stable employment history preferred, ideally no more than 5 employers within the last 10 years

• Willingness to travel or relocate as needed

• Strong electrical installation skills, blueprint reading, and commitment to safety

• OSHA certification preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Install conduit, wiring, panels, switchgear, and electrical distribution systems

• Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications

• Perform electrical installations in accordance with applicable codes and safety standards

• Coordinate with field leadership to maintain project schedules and quality
