CERTIFIED RIGGERS NEEDED!!!! - $36+/HR - $100/PER DIEM AVAILABLE -$36.00 /Hour • $100 /Day • 50 Hours /Week

Trillium Construction is seeking Certified NCCER Advanced / NCCCO Level 2 Riggers for field and warehouse (shop) operations in Glendale, AZ. 

Field Work Responsibilities
•    Offload MEB modules weighing 80,000 – 120,000 lbs
•    Set modules on pedestals and platforms
•    Perform 8-point picks using double spreader bars
•    Rig, guide, and land heavy modules safely
•    Communicate with crane operators and lift supervisors
•    Follow lift plans and safety procedures
Additional Field Duties
•    Offload trucks delivering modules and materials
•    Stage materials in designated laydown areas
•    Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies
•    Prepare modules for installation
•    Assist with final installation and alignment
•    Maintain rigging gear inspection standards
•    Ensure job site safety and housekeeping

Shop / Warehouse Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
•    Rig and move pallets and modules inside and outside the shop
•    Use gantry cranes, RT cranes, and LBCs
•    Stage, organize, and store modules for future use
•    Load and unload materials for transport to field sites
Rigging Equipment Used
•    Nylon slings
•    Steel chokers
•    Shackles, spreader bars, and lifting devices
Additional Shop Duties
•    Inspect and maintain rigging equipment
•    Assist with module positioning for storage
•    Support yard and warehouse logistics
•    Follow OSHA and site-specific safety rules

Pay: $36+
Per Diem: $100 / day for all 7 days
Schedule: Mon - Fri, possible Saturdays. 50h / week

Qualifications
•    NCCER Advanced Rigger Certification
•    NCCCO Level 2 Rigger Certification
•    OSHA 10 Certification
•    Proven experience with heavy picks (80,000+ lbs)
•    Experience with multi-point lifts and spreader bars
•    Ability to work outdoors and indoors
•    Strong understanding of lift plans and hand signals
•    Commitment to safety and teamwork
•    Pre-employment screenings
