Lead & Foreman Rubber Millwrights -Topeka, KS- $35-45/hr. + Per Diem & Travel Pay Available 60/hrs

Rubber Lead & Foreman Millwrights needed for temp-to-hire work in the southeast!!!!

Seeking Lead Millwrights must be able to work independently and with a team to repair, troubleshoot, and perform complete tear-down, do precision measuring, and install mixers, mills, hoppers, Extruder repair, and Ladder bearing change calendar. Some precision experience required. MUST have experience working in rubber/tire factories!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lead Pay: $35+/hr

Foreman Pay: $40-45/hr

Per Diem: $150 all 7 days + travel pay of $0.70 per mile PLUS hourly travel pay

Schedule: Monday-Saturday; 60-68 hours/week

This is a long-term temp-to-hire position that requires 100% travel NATIONWIDE! The majority of the work will be done in the southeast.

Qualifications:
- Ability to read blueprints, manuals, and drawings required. Well-rounded experience working with rubber mixers, mills, hoppers, extruders, and other basic components needed.
- 5-10 years experience
- Basic trade-specific hand tools
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
- Ability to weld is preferred
