We have an immediate need for Site Superintendents for active and upcoming project sites across Illinois. This is a Temp-to-Perm opportunity with long-term potential. Each superintendent will oversee one jobsite and report to the Construction Manager.

Position Details

Duration: Temp to Perm

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week

Pay: $65,000–$80,000 annually (DOE)

Overtime: Salary, no OT

Travel/Lodging: Lodging provided + $50–$75 per diem (based on assignment)

Travel: Overnight/travel paid if required

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of field experience

Strong general construction background

Proficient with Procore

Ability to manage subcontractors and lead onsite operations

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Procore

Write daily and weekly project reports

Participate in and conduct safety meetings

Build and maintain construction schedules

Assist with project budget tracking

Oversee and coordinate subcontractors on-site

Ensure compliance, quality, and productivity at the jobsite
