Job Description/Duties:

• Provide direct supervision of millwright personnel ensuring maintenance and mechanical work support safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.
• Lead and perform skilled millwright work in a manufacturing environment.
• Work closely with maintenance management, production, engineering, and safety teams to minimize downtime, and promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications/Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Manufacturing or Industrial Maintenance experience.
• Journeyman Millwright certification or equivalent experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
