Pipefitters and Combo MIG/TIG Welders

• Location: Richmond, VA (Manufacturing Facility)

• Pay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour (Based on experience) seeking helper to mid-level professionals

• Per Diem: No—Seeking local candidates only.

• Employment Type: 90-Day Temp to Perm

• Hours: First Shift (6:30 AM – 2:30 PM). 

We are seeking highly skilled Pipefitters and Combo MIG/TIG Pipe Welders, as well as motivated entry-level candidates, to install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial piping systems. We are currently filling 15 active roles and building a pipeline for 30 additional openings to support a high-volume summer surge.

• Employment Status: This is a 90-day temp-to-perm position with a clear path to full-time permanent employment upon successful completion of the probation period.

• Technical Scope: Expertise in 2" Schedule 80 Carbon and Stainless Steel pipe for steam, water, air, and chemical processes. Welders must be proficient in MIG and TIG on Aluminum and Stainless Steel.

• Key Responsibilities: Fabricate and install systems based on blueprints, P&IDs, and isometric drawings; collaborate on various construction projects and perform layout work for new equipment tie-ins.

• Maintenance & Quality: Troubleshoot system failures to minimize downtime; perform preventive maintenance on valves and pumps; ensure compliance with ASME, ANSI, and OSHA standards.

• Candidate Profile: 3+ years of industrial experience preferred, OR 1–2 years of experience for entry-level roles/trade school graduates.

$22-$28 Depending on experience, for helper to mid-level workers. Overtime available.

Must have experience with Carbon and Stainless Steel Pipe. Job details will be discussed during the interview.
