Kodiak

KODIAK has a goal of being the nation's premier employer for crafts who travel.  We are well on our way with more than 1,000 craft professionals working right now on projects ranging from data centers and semiconductor plants to refineries, LNG terminals, distribution centers and other heavy industrial and large commercial projects.

Our employee loyalty is far beyond that of a typical staffing firm because, while we are a staffing firm to leading AEC, MEP and Industrial Contractors nationally, our craft employees consider us more of a construction company.  Perhaps it's because we emphasize Total Employee Care which starts with an unwavering commitment to employee Safety.  And, because we answer the phone when our crafts call with the goal of quickly addressing our travelers' payroll, scheduling, safety, benefits needs, etc.

KODIAK recruiters are fully committed to focusing on the well-being and personal care of our employees and on keeping our crafts consistently working on projects that they want.
