Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $25 – $33/hr (based on experience)

Per diem: $150.00 per days worked

Project: Mission-Critical Data Center Build-Out

We are a leading electrical contractor specializing in large-scale commercial and industrial projects, seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Journeyman to work on crews on a high-profile data center construction project. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge, mission-critical facilities with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.

We are seeking skilled Industrial Electricians to join our growing team in Vineland, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale industrial projects, including manufacturing facilities, data centers, and commercial installations in the South Jersey area. PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment
• Run and install EMT conduit of various sizes
• Install and support cable tray systems
• Perform wire pulling and cable terminations
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, construction drawings, and electrical diagrams
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform preventive maintenance
• Ensure all work complies with NEC codes, safety standards, and project specifications
• Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other trades on site

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician or Journeyman Electrician in industrial/commercial settings
• Ability to install EMT conduit in various sizes
• Proficiency in cable tray installation
• Skilled in wire pulling and terminations
• Strong ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
• OSHA 10 certification (required; OSHA 30 preferred)
• Ability to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• High school diploma or GED
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends as project needs require
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check

Preferred Qualifications:

• Journeyman or Master Electrician license (preferred)
• Experience in industrial settings (e.g., manufacturing, food processing, data centers)
• Additional certifications (e.g., NFPA 70E, ARC Flash training)
