Maintenance Electrician (Oklahoma City, OK – High Hours)

Overview
Kodiak Labor Solutions is hiring experienced Maintenance Electricians in Oklahoma City, OK. This role is ideal for technicians with strong electrical and HVAC experience who are looking for consistent, high-hour work and long-term opportunity.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical components across HVAC systems in an active industrial environment.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $33/hour
• Per Diem: $35/day
• Hours: 75–80 hours per week (heavy overtime)

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems for HVAC equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot motors, controls, wiring, and circuits
• Install and wire HVAC units, control panels, and thermostats
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and efficiency
• Test and verify electrical systems using meters and diagnostic tools

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician or HVAC Electrician
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and HVAC systems
• Ability to work extended hours (75–80 hrs/week)
• Familiarity with control systems, motors, and electrical components
• Reliable transportation and tools
