Overview
Hiring experienced QC Electricians to inspect, test, and verify industrial electrical systems. This role is critical in ensuring all installations meet code, safety, and project quality standards before turnover.
You’ll work closely with field crews, supervisors, and project teams to identify issues early, maintain compliance, and keep projects moving without rework.
• Inspect electrical installations, including conduit, wiring, terminations, panels, and equipment
• Perform testing and verification of systems (continuity, insulation, grounding, etc.)
• Ensure all work aligns with NEC, project drawings, and job specifications
• Identify deficiencies, code violations, and quality issues
• Communicate findings clearly and recommend corrective actions
• Complete detailed inspection reports, punch lists, and documentation
• Work alongside field teams to verify corrections and close out issues
• Maintain strict adherence to OSHA and jobsite safety standards
• 3-5+ years of industrial electrical experience
• Strong working knowledge of NEC and electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications
• Experience with electrical testing and inspection processes
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with field teams and leadership
• Prior QC, QA, or commissioning experience
• Experience with switchgear, MCCs, and industrial systems
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
• Industrial jobsites (manufacturing, plant, or large-scale construction)
• May involve walking job sites, climbing ladders, and working in active construction environments
