Non-Licensed Electrician (Nationwide Openings)

Compensation & Travel

 Base Pay: Starting at $35.00/hour
 Per Diem: Minimum $120/day worked

Note: Final pay and per diem vary based on experience, licensing, and job location.

Overview

We are seeking experienced Electrical Technicians for nationwide industrial projects. This role is ideal for electricians who are comfortable traveling and working in fast-paced industrial environments.

You’ll support installations, system upgrades, and troubleshooting across major job sites, working independently or under a licensed electrician depending on state requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, bend, and run EMT and rigid conduit
• Perform wire pulls, terminations, and panel installations
• Assist with and install switchgear, MCCs, transformers, and motor controls
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
• Troubleshoot and test electrical systems
• Follow OSHA standards and all jobsite safety protocols

Requirements

• 3+ years of industrial or commercial electrical experience
• Strong experience with conduit bending, wire pulls, and terminations
• Ability to travel for extended periods
• Ability to work 50–60+ hours per week
• Reliable transportation and basic tools
• Ability to work independently or under supervision, depending on job site and state requirements

Licensing

• Electrical license preferred but not required for all roles
• Must be able to meet licensing requirements where applicable (state-specific)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Capable of standing/walking for full shifts
• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial controls
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
