360X Staffing is hiring for Licensed Electricians in Bastrop, TX.

Pay: $35 - 42/hr + $150 daily per diem for days worked

We are seeking skilled Journeyman Electricians to support an active commercial electrical project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial electrical installation, conduit work, wire pulling, and electrical system installation. This role requires a dependable electrician who can work an intensive schedule, maintain quality workmanship, and follow all safety and project standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment including wiring, transformers, switchgear, motors, panels, and other electrical components.
  • Pull wire and install electrical feeders, branch circuits, and low/high-voltage systems.
  • Hang racks, supports, and electrical infrastructure according to project specifications.
  • Bend and install various types of conduit including EMT, rigid, and PVC.
  • Perform conduit bends including offsets, 90s, saddles, kicks, and custom field bends.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, one-lines, and technical drawings.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Install electrical systems in compliance with NEC standards, local codes, and project requirements.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, foremen, and other trades to maintain project schedules.
  • Train and mentor apprentices or less experienced electricians as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of completed work and daily activities.
  • Adhere to company tool policies and maintain required trade tools.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician.
  • Must have a Texas Journeyman Electrician license 
  • Proven experience in commercial electrical construction.
  • Strong proficiency in wire pulling, rack installation, and conduit bending.
  • Ability to work long hours in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and electrical schematics.
  • OSHA 10 
 

Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Working Hours: 40+ hours per week
