HVACR Master Technician - Darlington, SC

Location: Darlington, SC

Pay: Up to $45/Hour

The Systems Group is looking for an energetic individual to be our next HVACR Master Technician.  We are looking for someone to help with the day-to-day issues that pop up but to also be part of the big picture and contribute to the long-term strategy of our operations across the country. HVACR Master Technician Job Description:

• Serve as HVACR technical expert
• Independently diagnose, repair, and install HVACR equipment
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and building automation software to plan system modifications or upgrades
• Perform and design preventive maintenance schedules for complex mechanical equipment
• Train, direct, and guide apprentice and journeyman technicians
• Explain systems issues and be able to suggest repairs or proper maintenance clearly
• Ensure all work adhere to environmental laws, building codes, and safety protocols

HVACR Master Technician Job Skills

• Strong Leadership
• Be able to exhibit and promote continuous improvement, safety and quality throughout the work-space
• Have advanced knowledge of electrical schematics, digital/pneumatic control systems, and psychometrics

Experience and Requirements:

• Must have Master HVACR Certification
• Must have EPA Universal Certification
• OSHA Approved Met-Guard boots (annual company allowance provided)
