Up to $28/Hour (DOE) + $100/Day Per Diem

Kodiak Labor Solutions is hiring 3 Millwrights for a 4 week industrial project starting in Ardmore, OK. Start date is 9/28/2026, and 55 to 58 hour weeks are available.

Scope of Work

  • Dismantle and match mark equipment to be transferred
  • Package and prep equipment for transport
  • Dismantle and match mark mezzanine structure and prep it for transfer
  • Dismantle and scrap mechanical equipment

Pay & Project Details

  • Pay: Up to $28/hour (DOE)
  • Per Diem: $100/day (paid on days worked over 6 hours)
  • Hours: 5 x 10s, plus 6 to 8 hours on Saturdays (roughly 55 to 58 hours per week)
  • Start Date: 9/28/2026
  • Project Duration: 4 weeks

Requirements

  • Millwright experience
  • OSHA 10 Certification
  • Ability to pass a drug screen
  • Ability to step onto the jobsite and produce immediately
