Industrial Electricians (Apprentice & Journey-Level) | Long-Term Travel Work | ND, SD, IA

Location: North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, and other reciprocal license states (travel required)
Type: Full-time, long-term travel projects
Pay: Apprentice $32–$40/hr | Journey-Level $55–$65/hr (DOE, licensing, and project requirements)
Per Diem: $125–$140/day (varies by assignment)
Hours: Approximately 50–60 hours per week

You're an industrial electrician who wants steady hours, strong pay, and long-term work on major projects. KODIAK is immediately hiring Apprentice and Journey-Level Industrial Electricians for travel projects across the Midwest, including data centers, advanced manufacturing builds, and energy facilities.

What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
• Run conduit, pull wire, terminate panels, and install equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and help resolve them
• Follow all safety procedures and electrical codes
• Work alongside foremen and other crafts to keep projects on schedule

What You Need

• Industrial or commercial electrical experience
• Journey-Level: A valid state electrical license, or willing and eligible to reciprocate into the work state
• Apprentice: Willing and able to apply for the state apprentice license where the project is located
• Ability to read prints and electrical drawings
• Reliable attendance and willingness to travel
• Ability to pass onboarding, a drug screen, and a background check
• OSHA or other safety certifications are a plus
