Project manager/Estimators needed! With Per Diem & Benefits - Nashville, TN

Project manager/Estimators needed in the Hopewell, TN area with experience preparing take off from architectural and structural drawings consisting of miscellaneous steel to include stairs, handrails, guardrails and manage the job in order to give the customer what they are requesting. The applicant must have some experience in handling project managing duties such as preparing change order requests, material lists, purchasing material etc. The applicant must have some experience in handling project managing duties such as preparing change order requests, material lists, purchasing materials. Must have excellent computer skills and able to work with Microsoft Excel. Benefits are available after probationary period, dental, vision, medical and vacation pay. You must have your basic hand tools. You may be required to pass a pre employment drug screen and background check. Upon arrival.
 
Payrate: Up to $45/hour
Per Diem: $100/day
Duration: temp to perm
