Electrical Project Manager (Non-Union)

We are seeking an experienced non-union Electrical Project Manager to oversee and deliver industrial and commercial electrical projects across multiple locations. This role is ideal for a strong leader who can manage teams, schedules, and budgets while traveling to support project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage non-union electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout

• Oversee schedules, budgets, manpower, materials, and subcontractors

• Coordinate with field supervisors, vendors, clients, and internal teams

• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies

• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and change orders

• Track project financials, forecasting costs, and driving profitability

• Travel to job sites as required

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager (industrial or commercial)

• Strong knowledge of non-union construction environments

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software

• Willingness and ability to travel

• Non-union position
