We are seeking experienced Ironworkers to support large-scale data center construction projects. This role is critical to the structural integrity, safety, and schedule of highly secure, fast-paced builds. Ideal candidates bring precision, discipline, and a strong understanding of working in controlled, mission-critical environments where safety, quality, and coordination matter every single day.
Structural Steel & Installation
Erect, align, bolt, and weld structural steel components per engineered drawings and specifications
Install beams, columns, joists, decking, embeds, and miscellaneous metals
Perform rigging, hoisting, and signaling for crane operations
Verify plumb, level, and alignment using precision measuring tools
Data Center–Specific Work
Work safely around active trades, sensitive equipment, and restricted areas
Support installation of steel platforms, equipment supports, and overhead structures
Follow strict access controls, security protocols, and site documentation requirements
Maintain clean, organized work areas consistent with data center standards
Safety & Compliance
Comply with all OSHA regulations, site-specific safety plans, and contractor policies
Properly use PPE, fall protection, and rigging equipment
Participate in daily safety briefings and job hazard analyses
Identify and report unsafe conditions immediately
Minimum 3–5 years of Ironworker experience on commercial or industrial projects
Prior data center, mission-critical, industrial, or large commercial experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment (as applicable)
OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 strongly preferred)
Ability to pass background checks and comply with site security requirements
Physically able to work at heights, lift heavy materials, and perform repetitive tasks
Fast-paced construction environment with strict deadlines
Work performed indoors and outdoors, at heights, and in varying weather conditions
Over time, night shifts or weekends may be required, depending on the project schedule
